Brazil has one of the most complex loyalty points ecosystems in the world. With multiple credit card reward programs (Livelo, Esfera), dozens of retail shopping portals, and frequent transfer bonuses to airlines like LATAM and GOL—maximizing the value of your points requires constant vigilance and spreadsheet-level tracking.
Most Brazilians leave thousands of reais worth of points on the table every year, simply because the system is too fragmented to navigate efficiently. AceleraPontos was designed to change that.
A Note from the Designer
This project was completed under tight time constraints—just one month from concept to final screens. While the compressed timeline meant sacrificing some documentation along the way, it also forced rapid decision-making and prioritization of features that would deliver the most value to users immediately.
The result is a focused product that solves real problems for a specific audience: Brazilian consumers who want to stop losing money on points they've already earned.
Problem
Brazilian loyalty program users are losing value on their points due to the complexity of comparing rates across multiple portals, missing time-sensitive promotions, and not knowing when to transfer points for maximum bonus value.
The current solutions—manually checking multiple websites, setting calendar reminders, or relying on scattered Telegram groups—are inefficient and lead to missed opportunities worth hundreds of reais per year.
